Commercial buildings, from raw land to open doors.

Diamond D Builders clears the site, pours the pad, puts up the steel, and finishes out the space for East Texas businesses. One crew and one contract, from the first tree down to the certificate of occupancy.

Every phase of a commercial job, under one roof.

Most commercial projects pass through four or five contractors before the doors open. We keep the clearing crew, the steel crew, and the finish crew on our own payroll, so the schedule doesn't stall between hand-offs and nobody points at someone else when something's wrong.

How a job runs

Your opening date and your budget were set before you called us. This is how we protect both.

1

Site visit

We walk the property with you and talk through scope, timeline, and what the building has to do.

2

Fixed bid

A written scope, a fixed price, and a schedule. The scope doesn't change without your signature.

3

Build

Clearing through finish-out on our crews, with inspections scheduled and one project lead reporting to you.

4

Open

Final walkthrough, punch list, and certificate of occupancy. Then a maintenance plan if you want one.
