Every job comes down to three questions: how thick the timber is, how wet the ground is, and where the debris goes. We answer all three before we bid.
Multi-acre clearing for developers and industrial sites, with heavy grading, subgrade prep, erosion control, drainage, and stockpile management. The site goes straight to our commercial construction or metal building crew.
Pipeline and power line right-of-way, wellpad clearing and leveling, access road construction, timber and brush mulching, and reclamation with reseeding. We know these jobs run on tight timelines.
Tree removal, stump grinding, brush and debris removal, rough grading, utility easements, and septic field prep coordination, ready for the foundation of a custom home.
The Pineywoods hold some of the most densely timbered land in Texas. Pine, hardwood, and mixed timber often grow on heavy clay with unpredictable root systems, which makes land clearing in East Texas harder on equipment than it looks from the road. We've cleared everything from half-acre home sites to 50-acre tracts in Angelina, San Augustine, and Sabine counties.
Every job starts with a site walk. We look at tree density, slope, drainage, and any water features that change how debris gets handled, then recommend burning on site, hauling off, or mulching in place. We coordinate with Angelina County on burn permits before any burning starts.
If a tract touches wetlands or waterways, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers may have jurisdiction under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. We'll tell you when that applies. For a typical home lot, it rarely does.
Our East Texas land clearing crews run machines we own. No rental surprises and no third-party scheduling. When we commit to a start date, the machines and the operators show up together.

We walk the property, check terrain, access, and scope, then give you a written estimate.
We handle required permits and call in utility locates before the equipment arrives.
Our operators clear and grade, keep the site accessible, and manage the debris plan.
A final grade check, so the site is ready for the pad, the road, or the pipe.
"They cleared 40 acres for us on a tight timeline for a pipeline right-of-way. Showed up when they said, did what they bid, and left the site clean. Hard to find that combination."
Short answers to what owners and operators ask first.
Usually tree removal, brush clearing, stump grinding or removal, and either mulching on site or hauling debris off. We can rough-grade so the site is level and ready for a pad.
Yes. We clear pipeline right-of-way, pad sites, and access roads, and we can mobilize quickly for tight schedules.
A single lot often takes one to three days. Larger tracts depend on tree density, terrain, and the debris plan. The bid includes a realistic timeline.
