Commercial construction in East Texas, start to finish

Diamond D Builders handles commercial construction across East Texas: new buildings, tenant improvements, and remodels for retail, office, and light industrial clients, under one contract and one project lead.

Built around your opening date

A business can't absorb a project that drags months past schedule, and the budget was usually penciled tight before the first call. So every East Texas commercial construction job we take on starts with a fixed scope, a realistic schedule, and one point of contact from the first site visit to the certificate of occupancy.

Our land clearing and metal building crews work for the same company as the carpenters and finish crew. Site, steel, and structure come from one contractor, so there's no gap between the dirt work and the framing for the schedule to fall into.

We handle commercial construction in East Texas for local business owners, property developers, real estate investors, property managers, and oil and gas companies. If you own or manage a building that needs work, we can help.

Common questions

More answers on the FAQ page.

Can you handle the site work and the building under one contract?

Yes. Clearing, grading, the pad, the structure, and the finish-out all run under one contract and one project lead.

Can you finish out a lease space while the business next door stays open?

Yes. We schedule noisy and dusty work around the neighbors' hours when needed, keep the work area closed off, and keep shared entrances and parking clear. We go over the plan with the landlord first.

How long does commercial construction in East Texas take?

A tenant finish-out can take a few weeks. A ground-up building with site work takes several months. You get a written schedule with the bid, and the project lead keeps it updated.
